Depends on your moral code. Morality is a moral code and you have choices. China’s moral code is based on your neighbors.. It’s called Socialism. America’s moral code is Capitalism and it’s based on you… You the Individual.. You could have a moral code based on anything you choose but it could be considered immoral by others.
