He has been called: “Hitler’s Pope” 
That’s a rotten smear of a great man. Hitler had no Pope. The Pope did not support Hitler and definitely did not hate Jews. He was born Eugenio Pacelli in Rome in 1876. He was The Pope for almost 20 years until 1958. He didn’t condemn the Holocaust because the term had not yet been invented. What had been invented were “Ratlines”, styled by the ropes holding ships to the docks that were easily used by rats going and coming to the ships. The “Ratlines” were the routes used to get people from Rome to South American countries.
