He admits there’s no smoking gun that ties the Mossad to the murder but he’s written a book that alleges just that. Not everyone in Israel, just some of the MOSSAD… so everyone in Israel isn’t guilty and even though Piper claims MOSSAD killed JFK, Piper has no proof, just his allegations and assertions. His claim isn’t quite enough to bring anyone or any organization to justice. It isn’t even enough to get anyone into court. But it’s strange that the shooter or shooters haven’t been identified or named after all these 62 years. It seems somebody or even somebodies
