Fruit and yogurt

Toss it into the blender. That’s it!! You can get fancier and more complicated by adding different fruits but it’s still fruit and yogurt. You can add milk, almond milk, coconut milk, cream, applesauce and sour cream, depending on your taste but it’s still basically fruit and yogurt.

Add lemon juice to keep things from getting brown. NO VEGATABLES!… NO MEAT!!! No candy but you can add pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, spinach, avocados, peanuts, walnuts and nut butters but be careful because the taste can get cloudy when too many different things are added.
