The man is clearly impaired in his head and body. His gait is stiff. His look is vacant. His speech is low and slurred. He is a shell of his former self. Joe Biden does not belong on the world stage. He belongs under medical care is a safe, quiet place, definately not in the White House where he’s subjected to enormous intellectual pressures during the long day and night. He is most likely being given lots of medical stimulants and that can’t be good for him at this time. Of course he needs the medication, whatever it is but he should be weaned off of the mind improving stuff.
He needs to get to a safe place out of the public eye and definately out of politics, otherwise the Democrats are going to see a gigantic Trump wave in November.
