I discovered him early but didn’t know his name. Or, .. his greatness. In appearence my father resembled him but I didn’t know that at the time. After reading Yeats I wonder why anyone would want to change or leave Ireland. Having been to Ireland, it’s magic is even greater. Yeats lived for 73 years. We are all much better for that. I came across: “Things fall apart; the center cannot hold” was the first I recall about Yeats.
