Bad luck for dummies who thought they could get a better brain with an implant. The Nueralink is a way to watch what part of the brain is doing. It does not impact thought. It can watch part of the brain and detect when the brain is working by measuring the signals the brain uses when it is working. It cannot think. It cannot reason which is a far more advanced way the brain works. It cannot tell the letter A from the letter B. It cannot imput a small jot of information but is can tell in some cases if a bit of information is being used.
