He donated to the Democrats so he’s a partison who cannot be neutral. One of the issues claims Trump exagerated the value of some of his real extate proerties. the problem for Engoron is that there is no authority to evealuate property. The same piece of real estate would be evaluated differently by different people at different times. A farmer would have no use for a high rise just as Trump woud have no use for a farm in Nebraska. The farmer would use a different set of criteria to evaluate a farm as compared to a high rise where farming is impossible. The judge was sadly mistaken in the case of Donald Trump and in addition the judge cannot be neutral or impartial. He’s far too compromised to judge Trumps actions.
