Pork Tenderloin Soulvaki is fantastic!… really grilled vegtables with pork tenderloin. Well made and very tasty. A bit different than the usual grilling the pork on a skewer, it was baked whole then fried and sliced. The other vegrtables were grilled except for the non-traditional rice cooked in chicken broth. The combination was piled high on the plate which was most attractive.
