Who is always used to refer to people. That is always used when talking about inanimate objects. It is arguable if Biden is animate or not however he is still a person and Trump should have said: “…and we have a man WHO can’t even walk off stage…”
Trump is however 100% corect about the danger of WWIII when and if Israel attacks Gaza and Hamas and their Arab friends and their supporters like “The Squad” call for “Death To Israel”. That has the great possibility of bringing more of the Arab nations, NATO and The United Nations into the conflict with the result, as Donald J. Thump says, would be WWIII.
