Ten percent of anything can be a lot of money but a bribe isn’t identified by the amount of money but by the idea of getting something for the bribe that’s illegal. 
What did Joe Biden provide for the bribe? No one seems to know. Maybe, just maybe Joe didn’t do anything except get the money. If that’s what happened then the people who paid the bribe were cheated. Good.. regardless of … well, … unfortunately this is going to be swept under the rug. Joe Biden will never, ever be prosecuted for accepting bribes because the people who are defending him have more power than the people trying to get justice. Oh well, …. But that’s the way the world works a lot of the time.
