Smith claims in the INTRODUCTION of the Trump Indictment: “….. the defendant was determined to remain in power.” That’s a legal conclusion about something that could only have existed in the mnd of Donald Trump. There’s absloutely no way Smith could know that because it’s impossible for him or anyone to know what was in Trumps mind. and it’s a blatant lie by Smith. That proves to me and to any reasonable person that Smith is not able to think clearly or even think correctly… For making a statement like that in an internationally famous situation means he belongs in a sanitorium for the mentaly insane… His misuse of the law is making America a laughing stock around the world. Somehow he needs to be brought to justice for the international and national damage he has caused to the reputation of Donald Trump. From that mistake in the indictment in paragraph 1. Smith told another whopper. He wrote”… Defendant spread lies…” No he didn’t. Trump was trying to get justice for himself and for the people of America. The evidence is Trump won but the Democrats had many, many operatives who rigged the election results to show that a massively incompetant Joe Biden won which is where all this election hysteria started. Let’s get the truth.. Let’s find out what happened instead of indicting Trump which was a one-way railroad job with no possible response and it caused the false arrest if an innocent man. These are dangerous times. First because of the election cheating. Second because of the false indictment. the indictment needs to be withdrawn. Whether or not Smith needs to be prosecuted is a question to be answered in the future. For now the false indictment needs to be corrected and after that’s done we can decide how to proceed.
