Did she suffer?
OK.. She certainly did and the question is why? Was the suffering her fault? Think before you answer because the story is complicated. The newspapers would have us believe she tried to take advantage of the insurance company and submitted false claims… Really.. Yes, …really? When is the last time you heard of someone able to cheat an entire insurance company Does that seem reasonable?.. Even deeper, doea that seem possible?.. You know there are Public Adjusters who will woek on your behalf when you have an insurance claim because the playing field is so not level. The deck is so stacked against the insured when there is a claim that Public Adjusters are often needed to try to get a modicum is fairness in a settlement and even then there is no guarantee that you will get fully paid for your loss.
