He’s suffering from advamnced dementia and balding and he’s as stupid as ever so is he really declining? Absolutely. One can always jump into a deeper hole while going down a hole. Since he has nothing to do it’s easy to make the case that he can do what he has to do. It’s what he’s been doing all along. How he got here we can’t explain. How he keeps going is something we can’t explain either but here we are. It’s as much our problem as his.
