Africa is a continent and it has a lot of black countries. Africa is always capitalized. When people refer to black people in America they are called “African-Americans”. That’s two capitalized words. Why add yet another capitalized word?  If black is to be capitalized then every other race must also be capitalized or black should not be capitalized like every other race isn’t capitalized. No dual standards because that attacks the very idea of a standard. If there are two standards then there is no standard.
