Fetterman has cognitive issues because a stroke damaged his brain. We know that because that’s what strokes do. they destroy brain tissue. When a stroke occurs, it will cause brain damage depending on its location. These changes can lead to speech difficulties, full or partial paralysis, mental confusion, and other impairments in the body. We can see that with John Fetterman who could not process spoken words so he was allowed to see the questions printed on two giant monitors during the debate. For some unexplainable reason his wife Gisele who has intellectual problems and cognitive issues of her own due to the level of her intellectual ability believes “swimming in America is very racist,” weeks after being called the “de facto candidate” in her husband’s Senate race following his stroke. She’s De Facto because she’s helping her brain damaged husband do things that he would be unable to do without her intervention. Gisele believes low income children drown at a higher rate because they lack access to swimming pools so they fail to learn how to swim so they drown when swimming could save them.
