They, the FBI lied to the FISA court to convict Flynn… WTF!!

The FBI Entrapped and Prosecuted General Michael Flynn.  Internal police corruption is a challenge to public trust, cohesion of departmental policies, human rights and legal violations involving serious consequences. Police corruption can take many forms. It irreparaly  damaged General Mchael Flynn.

If there was ever any question about the dishonesty and corruption that poisoned the case against Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, newly released documents erase all doubt.

For more than three years, the FBI and federal prosecutors concealed exculpatory evidence proving that the retired Army lieutenant general and former National Security Adviser committed no crimes. James Comey’s FBI knew it, and special counsel Robert Mueller’s prosecutors knew it. They didn’t care. An innocent man was be sacrificed.

Brandon Van Grack, a Justice Department lawyer, prosecutor and former member of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Team, failed to comply with a court order to produce favorable evidence to Flynn.

Since February 2018, Van Grack has been obligated to comply with D.C. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan’s standing order in the Flynn case to produce all evidence in the government’s possession “that is favorable to defendant and material either to defendant’s guilt or punishment.”

The order also required the government to submit favorable defense evidence to the court, including possible “impeachment evidence” that could undermine witnesses, even if the government believes the evidence “not to be material.”

This is Soviet Union behavior by the FBI. All of the people who broke the law to get General Flynn to lie and to convict him need to be identifiedm prosecuted and punished before the FBI can regain it’s reputation.
