It’s about all speech, not just hateful speech, speech we hate or even lies. That’s why the American Constitution sates: “Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech. It’s the First Amendment,… but Congress is trying to pass laws that prohibit a certain type of speech called “anti-semitic speech”.
