Be Yourself
Like Yourself.
These words spoken at a 1978 YALE Management Club Dinner by General Manager Robert Dahl, remain as a good guide to one’s life. 1918 included two deaths, an inheritance and the birth of the first of the fourth generation. The last is the most meaningful.
The deaths serve as a reminder of the transient nature of each life, hence the title but the bookend is the birth. In between is the life, the individual nature of life and a way to live it.
