Northampton government also controls the video recording of meetings and as Supervisor Eileen Silver carefully explained, the Board doesn’t need to hear the same thing from lots of taxpayers so why video record the upcoming Rails-To-Trails meetings? That insults every normal person in the township and shows the arrogant disdain for the people who elected her, hopefully for the last time. This is the highest form of Intellectual vacuity and unfortunately she’s a supervisor.

Another supervisor refused to talk about the obvious Sunshine Act violations because he said the lawyer said not to say anything. Who’s paying that lawyer? Or, is the lawyer paying them so the lawyer’s in change?
It’s why Donald Trump is doing so well when he says the system is “Rigged”. Hiding the discussions from the public got the Northampton Supervisors in trouble but they haven’t learned their lesson.
In addition these people show how emptyheaded they are because they are incapable of directing and managing a lawyer. Who lets these people walk among us?
