Homeland Security Investigations executed a court-authorized search warrant obtained by the Justice Department and approved by a judge on Ilhan Omar’s home by investigators who are trying to determine whether or not she or her father lied about her age on her application to secure citizenship through fraudulent means. If she is deported it would probably be to Somalia.
When asked for his thoughts by reporters, President Trump noted that he did not personally play a role in the raid. He called Rep. Omar “totally crooked” and a “terrible person.”
