She supported Kamala Harris even though Taylor was brought up in Reading, PA which is a Republican town although the split is close to being half and half. Taylor has loads of money which is typical for Republicans. Even though she’s not a Republican at the moment the betting is that she’ll become one because that’s the eventual choice of rich people. She’s against guns but no doubt her security team carries them and probably has easy access to them so it’s very hypocritical of Swift to pubically oppose guns. She doesn’t need to join the NRA but at the very least she can keep quiet instead of being hypocritical.
