Africa is a continent. No human can do anything to affect a continent so nothing can be done for Africa. The inhabitants of Africa however are another matter. One needs to first define the nature of an African before one can address what can be done for them. Part of the nature of every African is their intellectual capability or their intellectual capacity. The intellect of everyone is fixed by nature. It consists of the way a person thinks and how deeply they think.. their bandwidth so to speak. No one can modify their bandwidth. It can be informed. It can be deceived but is cannot be changed. So.. the question becomes what should be done for or to individual Africans? In a word, nothing. No one owes anything to any African and no African has any claim for anything that is not theirs. Whoa say some. What about the cost of slavery? OK. Let’s address slavery beginning with it’s appearance in Africa, .. in Egypt. No one alive today has any responsibility for anything done to anyone 5,000 years ago.
