It’s about the control of woman’s bodies, mostly by men and by religious zealots. When the apparatus of government is used to control the body of a free woman neither she nor everyone else is reallly free. Of course the bodies of men are controlled for example by registration for the military draft and in many other ways that limit freedom too. The excuse is always “for the greater good” meaning the good of the Collective, not for any individual good. It’s a sorry state that most of the world believes it’s good, proper and OK for government to so act. Not me. As an old freedom fighter who fights daily for freedom physically and mentally knows, the dangers of improper government need strict limits otherwise America will descend into a sort of Totalitarian Nation. I sure wish I didn’t have to write this but “NO CHOICE” prompted it. Sad.
