He was found guilty of some kind of homicide because he shot and killed his girlfriend, the very beautiful Reeva Steenkamp while believing he was shooting to protect hinself and Reeeva. He was not wearing his legs. Without his legs he is a barly five feet tall, … a very short person. As a very short person he would have had the mindset that he could be overpowered by a person of normal height. The fact that he was a short person appears nowhere in the record of his trial. That single fact would explain his fright and his shooting at the intruder. A frightened man cannot act normal. Pistorius was poorly represented at trial and poorly depicted by all of the press. He is a victim of a very flawed justice system as well as a very flawed media and a very flawed analytical system and you must hope that you are never in a similiar situation because you will most likely not be properly represented, just as Oscar Pistorius was not properly represented. He has a considerable claim against the government of South Africa for their unjust behavior.
