According to a new study, sometimes simply holding a beer can make you appear less intelligent. On the other hand, a cocktail shows elegance. Real sophisticates know their wines and cognacs.  Louis XIII Remy Martin Rare Cask Grande Champagne Cognac for example is bottled in black crystal, for a stunning presentation, and priced at around $35,000 dollars a bottle. Croizet Cognac Leonie is the most expensive cognac in the world, costing over $150,000 dollars a bottle. That’s a whole lot better than the yellow puke Bud Lite. One bottle of Cognac Brugerolle 1795 is around $145,000.

At 2 million dollars, Henri IV Dudognon Heritage Cognac Grande Champagne is the most expensive brandy in history. It is the rarest cognac in the world from the Cognac House of Dudognon, aged for a minimum of 100 years in oak barrels using the finest eau de vie.

The bottle alone is plated with gold and silver. By itself the bottle is worth thousands.
