No crime was alleged. Falsifying a document is a misdeamenor, punishible by a fine only. Trump had to fly from his oficial home in Mar-A-Lago in Florida to Manhattan at a cost of 5.75 hours of flight time at about $17,000.00 an hout of flight time plus the ground travel from LaGuardia to the courtroom in Manhattan. That’s $97,750 in flight time plus the costs associated with travel to the airport in Florida, to Manhattan, from Manhattan and to Mar-A-Lago, an estimated $5,000. Total out of pocket cost to Donald Trump about $102,750.00. Since the indictment does not include a crime it is null and void.
In addition the people of America had to pay for the Secret Service protection to Donald Trump during the incident; the cost to protect him in Manhattan both on the street and inside the courtroom. Total Manhattan cost: about $100,000 out of pocket to order, erect, dis-assemble and return the street barriers, man the barriers and direct traffic. In addition the Secret Service had to deploy additional people to guard Donald Trump by manning observation points along the way and in Manhatten. Add an additional $150,000.00 for the additional Secret Service. All tolled that $352,750.00. Alvin Bragg needs to be indicted for being so stupid as to cause all of this for his personal political agenda.
What a sorry spectacle and a sad, sad day for America. A blow to the rule of law and our republican form of government. President Trump and the American people were abused and victimized by a sleazy New York Democrat politician Alvin Bragg, who abused his office to try to jail a man he must know to be innocent. This is an indictment about nothing based on non-crimes and politics. It is a rigged prosecution to rig an election. The courts must end this malicious prosecution before the nation is irreparably damaged. In the meantime, Congress must immediately investigate Bragg’s election interference and his political attack on Trump’s civil rights. Many Freedom of Information Act inquiries have been started aganst this unprecedented attack on the American way.
