Communities which are served by Public Sewer Systems have only one sewer pipe. That gives the government or the owner of the sewer system a complete monopoly on the removal of sewage. Monopolies created to restrict competition are illegal in America. America needs a second sewer pipe. Maybe two more sewer pipes to stop the government’s monopoly on sewer rates which are un-controlled by any market forces. One-Pipe Sewer systems are Anti-American.
