He has COVID after getting vaccinated and two booster shots. His mind is shot. He’s a walking sick bay. The man’s intellect, never the best but more than adequate in is some twilight zone but he want’s to run. the Democratic party is terrified over him running again because it’s clear he should not be running the country. He’s fallen UP stairs. It’s almost impossible to fall going up but Joe did it. Never a great dancer or runner Joe nevertheless was able o keep on his feet but no longer. He’s fallen over trying to stop on his bike. He couldn’t get his foot out of the lock-in pedals which he never should have been allowed to use.
