Her name: “Ketanji” is not a word in the English language. It’s a fighting form of hostility against the English language.
She’s far too involved with herself. She’s also too far involved personally with her sex, her politics and her race. She’s been reversed far too often for us to have the confidence that she can be correct; that she can be impartial and that she will follow the law. She cannot be impartial. Her demeaner, appearance and attitude convinces us she’s too far from the law to be useful as a national guide to the law. Too bad.
She was chosen because of her sex and race. President Biden said that when he said he would choose a black female for the court. Jackson is a race and sex hire. She knows that and she’s taken advantage of it. If she was a different appearing person she would never have been chosen because of her appallingly bad record.

JACKSON CANNOT DEFINE “WOMAN”

“Do you interpret Justice Ginsburg’s meaning of men and women as male and female?” Blackburn pressed. Jackson did not comment on the matter.
“Can you provide a definition for the word ‘woman?’” the senator asked.
“Can I provide a definition? No,” Jackson responded. “I can’t.”
“You can’t?” Blackburn asked.
“Not in this context, I’m not a biologist,” the judge replied.
“Do you believe the meaning of the word woman is so unclear and controversial that you can’t give me a definition?” Blackburn pressed.
“Senator, in my work as a judge, what I do is I address disputes. If there’s a dispute about a definition, people make arguments, and I look at the law, and I decide,” Jackson said.
Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson is sworn in for her confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee Monday, March 21, 2022, on Capitol Hill in Washington.

She’s been reversed to often for us to have our confidence that she can be correct and that causes us pause about her ability to be a good choice as a supreme court justice. She will always be seen as a Civil Rights Choice. But unfortunately she’s far too radical to be a good choice.
