Rittenhouse knows that Biden calling him a white supremacist was “actual malice, defaming my character for him to say something like that.”… The president can be held accountable for defaming Rittenhouse. Biden cannot be fined but he can be found guilty of malice. That would be a good thing because the president is not supposed to defame people. No one is.
