In a head to head IQ test Mexican Chihuahua dogs were found to have higher scores than the entire population of which country? Actually, Chihuahua’s aren’t the smartest dogs. That distinction goes to Border Collies who are tons smarter than Chihuahua’s. Border Collies can fly airplanes although some special instrument approaches seem to take them a bit longer than others. Kidding, of course but Border Collies are plenty smart. They may decide to eat your pet so better be careful.
