The very idea of ‘building a more inclusive workplace” is only to force white people to go towards the back of the bus. A meritocracy is not conditional on race. A “Diversity” “Hate White People” training course is. The best thing to build a truly “diverse” workplace is to cease training employees with racially divisive materials.
