does not deny racism. With our commitment to individual freedom we go past everyone’s racist behaviors in favor of judging individuals as individuals. Of course white people usually prefer white people and black people prefer black people so our commitment to individualism stands aside as individuals make their own choices. We draw the lines differently when it comes to relations with animals, the idea of bestiality revolts a lot of people as do certain sexual practices but generally we stand aside as individuals do their own things. We step in when things go too far and put others in danger. That’s when the crimes codes, our laws that prohibit certain behaviors stop in and stop individual behavior that’s against out moral and legal rules.
