Rudy Giulani Said:

“This was not an idea of 10 or 12 Democratic bosses,” Giuliani warned ominously. “This was a plan. You’d have to be a fool not to realize that.”

Giuliani cited the tendency for massive ballot dumps in Democratic strongholds of Philadelphia, Detroit and Atlanta late at night, which eroded strong Donald Trump leads in these respective states and ultimately securing the states for Joe Biden.

Giuliani cited the following legal claims against the veracity of the current results of the 2020 presidential election, in addition to others.

–Republican observers were largely excluded from monitoring the opening of ballots in cities such as Detroit and Philadelphia. Many ballots were opened without Republican observers, after which it is impossible to verify the legal standing of the supposed voter that cast them.

–Many electoral precincts in cities such as Detroit had more votes than registered voters affiliated with the precinct. The Wayne County Board of Canvassers have declined to certify Wayne County’s election results for this very reason.

–Many voters in cities such as Pittsburgh found out that “they” had already voted absentee when they arrived in-person to vote on election day.

–As many as one hundred thousand ballots were delivered in the dead of night to Detroit’s TCF Center the early morning after election day. These ballots were opened after Republican election observers had left for the night. Three eyewitnesses have testified in sworn affidavits that almost all of these ballots were cast exclusively for Joe Biden, and that they were run through vote counting machinery three times!

“Joe Biden told us that he had the best voter fraud team in the world,” cited Giuliani. “They were good, but they weren’t that good, because they left evidence.“ Giuliani said: “The number of voter fraud cases in Philadelphia could fill a library.”

Rudy Giuliani: “Where are you FBI? I don’t know where the FBI has been for the last three years. I have no idea where the FBI has been for the last three years, the last four years. Explain to me how the FBI concealed a memo in the hand of Brennan to Obama that Hillary basically made up the Russian collusion plot. They withheld that for four years and cost our country $40 million and two impeachments, one attempted, one actual, one acquittal proceeding. I don’t know where they’ve been. I don’t know where they’ve been on the hard drive. They got it eight, ten months ago. There are clear crimes on it. I don’t know where they are on it now. Our country have had its ballots calculated and manipulated in a foreign country with a company controlled by friends of an enemy of the United States. What do we have to do to get the FBI to wake up?”

Powell said: “This Is Stunning, Heartbreaking, Infuriating, and the Most Unpatriotic Acts I Can Even Imagine’

Trump attorney Sidney Powell, who is part of the legal team investigating allegations of voter fraud, laid out what she called “the most unpatriotic acts I can even imagine” involving the Dominion voting system.

The illegal and illicit 2020 election results cheated millions of voters and president Trump by switching the election results from President Trump to Joe Biden.. Attorney Sidney Powell confirmed millions of votes stolen to switch the election from president Trump to Joe Biden.

Powell posted some of her evidence on Twitter, which consisted of three screenshots of an affidavit that she said was signed by a former military official from Venezuela about elections there. According to her and excerpts from the affidavit, elections software company Smartmatic helped the Venezuelan government rig its elections by switching votes and leaving no trail. The military official said in the excerpts that the U.S. election was “eerily reminiscent” of what happened in Venezuela’s 2013 presidential election.

“This person saw, by his own experience, exactly what was happening there was happening here,” Ms. Powell explained to Fox News on Monday.

This must not stand and it appears it won’t. Trump won the election by a landslide and this corrupt machine changed the votes in Democrat run cities from Trump to Biden or they simply turned in forged ballots for Biden. Cheating on a massive scale, bigger than anytime in history.

“We are not going to be intimidated. We are not going to back down. We are going to clean this mess up now. President Trump won by a landslide. We are going to prove it, and we are going to reclaim the United States of America for the people who vote for freedom,” Powell said.

Reporter: “Is the country on the verge of an electoral breakdown?”

Sidney Powell: “We’ve already had it.”

Lou Dobbs: There have been great controversy as you know about the reports on a raid on a company SCYTL in Germany which held election data presumably… Can you tell what actually did happen there and what you do know?

Sidney Powell: Well I know that is one of the server centers. There is also one in Barcelona. So it is related to the entire Smartmatic-Dominion operation. We do not know whether the good guys got the servers or whether the bad guys go them. Being on the outside of the government we simply don’t know. I’m hoping it’s the good guys and if they have that then there should be scads of evidence of frankly an international criminal conspiracy of the worst sort.

Lou Dobbs: And the presumption then is that they had the records on those servers of all of the votes that were processed by Dominion or Smartmatic.

Sidney Powell: Yes, the way it works is either the votes can be changed on the ground as they come in. People can watch the votes stream in live. For example there was a Dominion employee, high up, at the Detroit Center on the night of the election. He could have watched the votes come in live and manipulated them in that process. It could have run an automatic algorithm against all the votes which we believe is what happened originally and then the machines had to stop and the count had to stop in multiple places because President Trump’s lead was so great at that point that they had to stop the vote counting and come in and backfill the votes they needed to change the results.

Several nationally recognized statistics experts were asked to examine the 2020 Pennsylvania voting records, and to identify anything they deemed to be statistically significant anomalies.   These experts were asked to work independently and then their efforts were compiled.

Their one — and only — objective was to try to assure that every legal Pennsylvania vote is counted, and only legal Pennsylvania votes are counted.  The primary takeaway from their work is that ALL of these experts came to the same conclusions on the following five areas:

1) There are some major statistical aberrations in the PA voting records, that are extremely unlikely to occur in a normal (i.e. un-manipulated) setting.
2) The anomalies almost exclusively happened with the Biden votes. Time and again, using a variety of techniques, the Trump votes looked statistically normal.
3) Eleven (out of 67) Pennsylvania counties stood out from all the rest. These counties showed distinctive signs of voting abnormalities — again, all for Biden.
4) The total number of suspicious votes in these counties is 300,000± — which greatly exceeds the reported margin of Biden votes over Trump. (We don’t know how many of these are artificial Biden votes, or votes switched from Trump to Biden.)
5) These statistical analyses do not prove fraud, but rather provide scientific evidence that the reported results are highly unlikely to be an accurate reflection of how Pennsylvania Citizens voted.

There’s much more to this analysis.  Overall it supports prior reporting and indicates what many believe, that the results of the 2020 Presidential vote in Pennsylvania have too many questions to be considered valid. Per the Gateway Pundit.

Sidney Powell, attorney extraordinaire, appeared on Newsmax’s Greg Kelly Reports on Tuesday to explain what happened on Election Day and tell why she believes that Trump almost certainly got more votes than any president in American history.  Because Greg Kelly asks the intelligent, clarifying questions that we wish all journalists would ask, her appearance on his show is one of the best explanations of what happened with the Dominion voting software.

According to Powell, “Dominion has a long history of rigging elections.  That’s what it was created to do to begin with.”  Powell told about her whistleblower, a former high-ranking Venezuelan military officer who worked with Hugo Chávez when developers in Venezuela first created the software.  The whistleblower has signed an affidavit stating that the whole purpose behind the software’s creation was to rig elections.

The software worked as promised, according to Powell.  “It was created … so Hugo Chávez would never lose another election, and he did not after that software was created.  He won every single election.”  Once the software proved its use, says Powell, Venezuela exported it.  “They exported it to Argentina and other countries in South America, and then they brought it here.”

Powell hammered home a point we’ve tried to make at American Thinker, which is that the software constitutes foreign interference in American elections.  To understand the point Powell makes, you need to know that, in September 2018, Trump issued an “Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election.”

In the order, Trump states that “the proliferation of digital devices and internet-based communications has created significant vulnerabilities and magnified the scope and intensity of the threat of foreign interference[.]”  Therefore, he declared a national emergency to justify his order.  The order mandates that the national security apparatus must investigate potential foreign interference within 45 days of an election and imposes harsh monetary sanctions on any foreign entity found to be involved in the interference.

Powell asserts that, because of Dominion’s origins, as well as its Canadian headquarters, “[i]t’s a foreign company no matter how you look at it, so they’ve already violated the president’s order against foreign interference in our elections.  Our votes were actually eventually counted in Barcelona, Spain or Frankfurt, Germany on foreign servers.”  Indeed, she says, “the corruption is actually worldwide.  It is going to upset countless numbers of elections across the country and around the world.”

For Biden, Dominion’s comforting presence in the election explains why he didn’t bother to campaign.  He knew he had the election in the bag.  Incidentally — and this is I speaking, not Powell — Dominion’s role in the election also exonerates Trump from charges that he campaigned wrong because one person or another will say if he’d just campaigned the correct way (more polite, less polite, more Hunter Biden, less Hunter Biden, more Wuhan virus lockdowns, etc.), he could have beaten the margin of fraud.

In fact, there was no way that Trump could beat the margin of fraud.  The traditional pre-election fraud was just icing on the cake.  The real election manipulation occurred at someone’s desktop (as this older Bloomberg article explains about Latin American election fraud), with the person clicking away to ensure that Biden always ended the day with the greatest number of votes.

Powell explains specifically how Democrats rigged the vote for Biden.  What she’s laying out also explains why statisticians, when looking at votes counts in the swing states, are finding crazy anomalies after 3 A.M., which is when those states temporarily stopped counting as they tried to figure out how to fight Trump’s massive lead.

“The will of the people in this country,” Powell told Kelly, “was that Donald Trump won in a landslide.  If we can get to the bottom of it, and I am determined to do that, I think we’ll find he had at least 80 million votes.  The only reason the glitches happened in the system was because he was so far ahead, had so many more votes than they had calculated in advance, their algorithms wouldn’t perform the functions they’d originally performed or were said to perform.  They couldn’t make up the vote count [because] he had gotten so many hundreds of thousands more than they planned.  So that’s why they had to stop the counting and come up with a way to backfill the votes or destroy votes for Trump while they fabricated votes for Biden.”
