While most of the votes are correctly counted there are many votes that are changed or ignored during and after an election. Personal experience counting votes after elections, during so-called “Ballot Challenges” revealed more fraud than most people can comprehend. After the polls close the voting machines are “opened” or the vote count is analyzed and the results from hundreds of voting machines or counting machines are summarized. Some summarizations use computer programs while others use manual counting. All are subject to manipulation. And when people are involved mistakes are made innocently or results are purposely changed. Vote results are challenged in court and some judges cannot make correct decisions which leads to problems with claiming a 100% accurate vote count.
