Here’s what seems to have worked for me…. Keep warm… Keep warm enough to perspire during the night. Why? Perspiration means the body has enough strength to fight whatever is bothering it. Be careful you don’t get chilled. Drink tea with some alcohol like brandy added to it plus a little lemon, but without milk or cream. None of this comes from the medical community or any medical professional. It’s what has helped me over the years but it may not apply to you. How can you tell? I don’t know how to tell if it works or not. It’s just that it’s helped me or at least I think it’s helped me.
