Biden should be retired, not running for office. He’s courting dementia. He needs treatment, not a political campaign. China will have to deal with a senile old man who don’t remember where he is half the time so China will have to go over everything time and again until Sleepy Joe gets it but they won’t really know what he got until much later. See the problem? Why negotiate with a dunderhead who can always claim China wasn’t being open with him.
