The Liberal Trump-Hating Supreme Court Majority wrongly decided DACA because they hate Trump and want him to lose the next election against Sleepy, Creepy Joe Biden. Justice Clarence Thomas wrote a dissenting opinion that Trump’s decision to repeal DACA was correct, and that the majority is, wrongly and therefore illegally holding the Trump administration’s decision to a higher standard than the order that established DACA in the first place.
“These cases could—and should—have ended with a determination that his legal conclusion was correct,” Thomas wrote. “Instead, the majority today concludes that DHS was required to do far more.”
DACA supporters argued Trump’s planned termination violates federal law requiring adequate notice-and-comment periods before certain federal rules are changed, as well as other constitutional equal protection and due process guarantees. But the law itself violates the law. Now the Supremes have made an enemy of the President. Woe will come to them..
