They ignore the differences between individuals and groups. Diversity would have you accept criminals are identical to law-abiding citizens and that members of one race are identical to members of a different race when race is an identifier of difference. Differences are not markers of similarities between races. The entire idea of treating different people the same is preposterous on it’s face and in the details. Stupid is different than smart. Segregation is the opposite of assimilation and integration. People routinely marry members of their own race. Smashing different people together leads to problems.
