Meghan is related to her son as his mother and he’s related to the queen by blood because of his father Harry but Meghan is not a royal by blood. Meghan, 38, was given the title Duchess of Sussex and her own coat of arms when she joined the royal family on marrying Prince Harry on May 19, 2018. She is the wife of a royal and the mother of her son who is also a royal so she has a bit of a claim that she’s royal, but… Meghan became a princess when she married Prince Harry.
