When a rapist wears a medical mask the victim will have a harder time identifying him. Same for all other crimes where eye witnesses can’t identify a perp with a mask. Never mind says Pa. Governor Wolf… We’ll make it a crime to rob or rape with a mask. ….. Is this guy really all there or what?
