No doubt Soto is not the intellectual leader of the Supreme Court. Far from it. She is an anti-Trumper who hates the man. A left-Liberal judge whose roar is of a kitten she was excoriated by Sen. Ted Cruz for being partisan and part of the acti-Trump Resistence. Judges are supposed to be un-biased but Soto is a partisan, something that should carry impeachment along with it. The Founders didn’t put in a check or a balance to offset wrong decisions by the courts. Soto is one disasterous result of the overlooked issue.
