The presser they held yesterday confirmed they are utterly and hopelessly lost. They don’t get that what they are doing against the president is repulsive to most voters. The two muslim women, Rashid and Omar, the lone black woman, Pressley and Ocasio-Cortez, all of whom hate, just hate white America, white America’s and white president Trump so they trot out their only card, the race card which at this point is simply silly.

Pelosi gets it and them and she’s mighty ticked off that they handed Trump his re-election with their silly shenanigins.

Keep it in mind that all four women have publicly said things that make it clear that they are not fans of America or Americans.

Ilhan and her comments regarding Al Quaeda; her anti-Semitic tweets regarding Jews and Benjamins; and her atrocious  9/11 ‘some people did something’ commentary.

Rashida Tlaib’s ‘calming feeling’ about the Holocaust, (WHAT!!) and praise of Arabs who worked with Hitler, and her friendship with Linda Sarsour.

Omar and Tlaib’s support for terrorists.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s distortion of 9/11 plus claiming it’s triggering. And her false detention center concentration camp commentary after she emoted across an empty parking lot last fall has made things even worse for our Border Patrol and ICE.

The Squad somehow thought their presser was a great idea. It certainly was,  given that they swallowed Trump’s bait hook, line, and sinker. They are now THE FACES of the Democrat Party going into 2020. Faces that are polling horribly. Only 22% have a favorable view of AOC. As for Ilhan? Only 9%. Definitely not a typo there…only 9% of those polled view Ilhan with any favor. Socialism took a big hit as well in the polling.

This morning President Trump drove the point home in two tweets, preforming political jujitsu on calls for the House of Representatives to censure him, when they couldn’t get it together to censure obvious anti-Semitism from Squad members.

Memo to The Deplorable Squad: when you punch at Trump you will end up smacking your own face. We hope you continue with your crazy strategy. You can’t back off now. You’re in the quicksand with the deplorables and going, going, gone.

And in a bit of pure irony, President Trump came to Nancy Pelosi’s rescue. Speaking to a gaggle of media magpies Trump said, “I’ll tell you something about Nancy Pelosi that you know better than I do, she is not a racist. OK? She is not a racist. For them to call her a racist is a disgrace.”

That’s statesmanship and grace, but more likely strategic. Trump is the adult in the room, something few in Congress, of either party, can claim to be. Trump could have easily deflected the question, tacitly agreeing with AOC’s accusation of Pelosi. He didn’t Instead he defended her.

It’s a delicious irony to watch the race issue boomeranging back on Democrats. Trump, by defending Pelosi, just threw a skunk into the garden party, keeping this issue in the news. Now each of the Democrat candidates will have to weigh in on whether the de facto leader of their party is a racist or not. CNN will hold panel discussions on the topic. Just what Democrats do not want to be talking about.

Now that “the squad” is tossing race cards across the room, how soon until Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders are called racists? What goes around comes around.
