A long in-depth study confirms that forcing women onto the Board of Directors decreases profits. The report was printed in The Leadership Quarterly 17 June, 2019 edition. It only studied two genders, male and female. It clearly and unequivocally validates the the laws of certain countries that force private companies to prohibit the use of their own judgement in selecting people for their companies. It proved and confirmed that laws that demand gender quotas on company boards are an expensive waste of money. They also violate the individual liberty of the board members as well as the right of the private company to exist free from government interference.
