developing, ….. The Cincinnati Enquirer reported: predominantly black kneelers made an average of $3 million more in guaranteed salary than those who didn’t kneel. Affirmative Action: in 2003, a pair of US Supreme Court decisions (Grutter v. Bollinger and Gratz v. Bollinger) permitted educational institutions to consider race as a factor when admitting students while prohibiting the use of quotas. If an athlete scored up to 25% lower but was of a “discriminated group” the college could admit them at the cost of not admitting a member of the higher scoring “Discriminating Group”. Many believe affirmative action is discrimination against white people and that discrimination to cure discrimination is wrong.
Cindy McCain said she would “never be OK” with disrespect toward the American flag.
“I disagree with everyone on this table,” she said. “I would never be okay with somebody not saluting the flag. By the way, 72 percent of Americans, according to Reuters, said that they thought Kaepernick’s behavior was unpatriotic.”
Co-host Sunny Hostin countered that many African-Americans called Kaepernick a patriot, and received applause from the studio audience. So much for the death of racism against white people in America.
Affirmative action was first created 57 years ago by Executive Order 10925 signed by President John F. Kennedy 6 March 1961 that forced government employers to “take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, creed, color, or national origin”. In 57 years things against white people have gotten worse. The NFL Kneelers are proof of an even worse situation Belligerent hostility against white people being approved.

Racial preference programs place small firms owned by non-minority males, like Midwest Fence, at a competitive disadvantage against firms the government prefers simply because of the non-preferred race and sex of the owners. The government argues this is necessary to remedy discrimination which it claims to exist on the basis of statistical studies. It does not matter that the burdened firms are innocent third parties who have never engaged in, or even been accused of engaging in discrimination just as it doesn’t matter that the innocent fans and NFL owners never engaged in racism but even worse, the white fans and owners are being victimized by the black NFL players.
A federal contracting program called the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. A DBE is defined as a “small business” owned and controlled by one or more individuals who are socially and economically disadvantaged. Minority and women contractors receive preferential treatment under the program because they are presumed to be socially and economically disadvantaged. White people in general are inevitably thus purposely reversely discriminated against. The kneeling NFL players refuse to acknowledge or even consider Affirmative Action or DBE.
So small nonminority subcontractors who specialize in certain trades are effectively bearing the brunt of the DBE Program and being forced out of business. It doesn’t matter if a nonminority think White, subcontractor submits the lowest bid to a prime contractor. Prime contractors must accept the higher bid of DBEs or risk failing the “good faith efforts” requirement. The U.S. Department of Transportation denies that any “overconcentration” of DBEs exists in certain types of work but in the year prior to filing its lawsuit, Midwest Fence’s low bids were rejected over 100 times by prime contractors who felt compelled by government regulations to accept the higher bids of DBEs.
It is imperative that discrimination be eradicated, but not through new discrimination by government. The wrong color players are kneeling to protest social injustice.
Sponsors, advertisers, and fans all chose sides in the dispute, while television ratings plummeted and the league endured negative publicity, including blasts from President Donald Trump several times. There’s no way NFL attendance will increase and most likely decrease because of the irresponsible actions by some of the black players who think they are in charge of the NFL.
