Some international idiots recently honored this dumb brick who believes most Americans and the police oppress people in the most free nation in history. His “take a knee” campaign that won Kaepernick  the Amnesty International honor cost him his job and his career in football because he was massively wrong. When accepting the award in Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands, Kaepernick said he shares it “with all of the countless people throughout the world combating the human rights violations of police officers.” He should have added: But none of the victims of the crimes from whom the police work to protect from the criminals.

He actually said: “Racialized oppression and dehumanization is woven into the very fabric of our nation – the effects of which can be seen in the lawful lynching of black and brown people by the police, and the mass incarceration of black and brown lives in the prison industrial complex,” What about the victims of the crimes? What about the oppression of the victims?

The police arrest people for committing crimes. No crime, no arrest.

Do the police make mistakes? Sure. Police are people and some people make mistakes but that’s not how the police work. No one gets punished without a trial or at least a hearing before a magistrate.

The Associated Press reports: In Kaepernick’s acceptance speech, the award-winner (nut case) described police killings of African-Americans and Latinos in the United States as lawful lynchings. He should reflect how he would protect people who are victims of crime without using the police. So also should Amnesty International. What’s their idea or do they not consider how to protect people without using the police?
