No where. . . . No where in the entire world . . . . which may explain the problems America has faced from before it’s founding in getting different races of people to live together in peace. It must be possible yet in all of the countries where there are black people in charge they do not even live in peace with same-raced people. Same where white people are in charge. Not only do different races have trouble living in peace, people from the same race cannot do it either, . . .If they could there would be no need for things like war or divorce.
