Al Franken is a U.S. Senator which in itself is inexcusable because an oaf should not win an election but he has not been charged with any crime, …..yet. He should be and when he is the Senate can follow their rules and expel him for his past wrong behaviors. Article 1, Section 5, of the U S Constitution provides “Each House [of Congress] may determine the Rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel a member.”
