There’s a continuum during sexual relations that begins with, perhaps, simple touching, holding hands or even walking in close contact, — all the way to the preliminary moves before intercourse and finally sexual intercourse.
There is also a set of rules people follow including the popular “No means No” as well as “No Can Mean Yes”. The over-riding issue is consent.

The public testimony of Andrea Constand involves Cosby’s finger or fingers and Constand’s vagina along with three benadryl tablets which may hae been one tablet broken in half and another half tablet; thirty seven and a half milligrams. The maximum dosage is advertised to be 300 milligrams per 24 hours. Many people report taking more than the maximum with various responses but the critical issue is how did Constand react to the 37 1/2 mg’s?

Her testimony seems to be that she was drowsy. There are degrees of drowsy.
Part of Consby’s testimony from the previous case was that he penetrated Constand with his finger or fingers and that her hand was on top of his and she was seemingly helping him or not stopping him.

Was that rape?
Depends on the permission of Constand at that time. She was under the influence of benadryl. What exactly was that influence and what was her state of mind during the penetration?

Constand presents as a lesbian. There are degrees of lesbianism just as there are degrees of maleness and femininity. That would go to her state of mind. Lesbians are females. Some are bi-sexual. Where’s this going? No way to know.

The public has been provided with many details of the trial but the decision about the rape in now in the hands of the jury. Constand will either win or lose but Cosby is the one on trial. His loss is what matters. that depends now on the jury.

The jury has been debating three days at this point. That would seem to indicate Cosby will be found not guilty of some or all of the three charges. That could be wrong.
